No. The initial call is a 30-minute conversation. We use it to understand your business and assess whether there is a real opportunity to improve operational visibility and performance.

What should I have ready?

A general sense of your revenue, team size, and the operational pain points you are experiencing. We do not need financials or system access for the first conversation.

How quickly can we start after the call?

The Intelligence Diagnostic typically begins within one to two weeks of agreement. Visibility engagements can start within days.
