Intelligence Installation
We build and install the operational systems your diagnostic identified — dashboards, automations, integrations, reporting structures, and workflows. Everything configured to your existing tools, your actual processes, and your real operational constraints.
What's Included
- Custom workflow design for each priority area identified in the diagnostic
- Dashboard and reporting infrastructure build — configured to the metrics your leadership team needs to see
- Technology selection and configuration — vendor-agnostic, we use what fits your business
- System integrations connecting your existing platforms and tools
- Workflow automations that enforce process consistency across teams
- Decision-support views built for leadership-level visibility

How It Works
Scope and Sequencing
Week 1
We translate diagnostic findings into a build plan. Quick wins get scheduled first. You see results inside 14 days.
System Build
Weeks 2–6
Workflow design, technology configuration, and integrations. We build in phases so your team is not hit with everything at once.
Training and Rollout
Weeks 5–8
Role-specific training as each system goes live. Every team member learns exactly what changes in their daily workflow.
Validation and Handoff
Weeks 7–12
We run the systems alongside your team, catch issues, refine based on real-world use, and hand off with full documentation.
How Systems Connect Across Your Operation
Scoped to your operation
Every engagement is scoped based on your company's size, complexity, and operational needs. We provide a clear investment figure before any work begins.
Is This Right for You?
- You have completed the Intelligence Diagnostic or already have a clear picture of your operational gaps
- You are ready to build permanent systems, not patch problems with another spreadsheet
- Your leadership team is committed to the process — at minimum, the owner and one senior operations lead
- You need systems that work with your existing tools, not a rip-and-replace of your entire tech stack
- You want the installation completed in weeks, not a 6-month consulting engagement that never finishes
Common Questions
Do we have to do the diagnostic first?
In most cases, yes. The diagnostic gives us the map. Without it, we are guessing at what to build and in what order. If you arrive with equivalent documentation of your operational gaps and their financial impact, we can scope the installation directly.
Will this disrupt our active operations?
No. We phase the rollout specifically to avoid disrupting current work. Quick wins go first. Larger system changes are scheduled around your operational rhythms. Your team keeps running the business.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We are vendor-agnostic. We work with whatever your company runs on — CRMs, ERPs, project management tools, accounting platforms, and specialized industry software. We also build custom automations using integration platforms and direct API connections. We use what fits your operation.
What if our team resists the new systems?
That is why we train by role, not by webinar. Each team member gets trained on exactly what changes in their daily workflow. When people see that a system saves them time on tasks they already dislike, adoption is not a problem.
